Epoxy flooring provides a professional, durable and stain-resistant surface for residential, commercial and industrial spaces. Epoxy Floor Finishes
Vinyl-coloured Flake/Chips are specially formulated and produced from pigments, resin, filler and additives, with a consistent colour, random in shape, and available in a wide selection of colours that provide unique textures and colour to coated surfaces. These systems are used to enhance the aesthetic qualities of seamless epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic and urethane resin-based flooring systems. They also add an extra layer of protection on concrete surfaces.
Natural Stone Flake is formulated to replicate a natural stone finish, concrete polished or aggregate look. The added layer of the natural stone flake provides additional protection to the concrete surface.
Metallic/Marble is a unique multi-layered epoxy floor coating system that incorporates the use of metallic pigment additives mixed into a clear epoxy coating to create random and unique effects. The metallic additive continues to move through the epoxy as it cures, creating the lava flow or pearlescent design. The chemical reactions that take place during these applications are so unique that each design cannot be replicated. The Metallic/Marble effect floor finishes are the perfect solution if you are wanting to create a unique showstopping floor finish with the added benefit of durability, long-lasting and low maintenance.
Plain Epoxy Resins come in a wide variety of colours. These systems can be completed in either a matt/satin or gloss finish. These seamless flooring systems are mould resistant, waterproof and impervious. They can be used throughout your home or office space. With the added benefit of an extremely durable and chemical resistant floor, it protects the concrete and is easy to maintain.
Epoxy Floor Finishing
For anti-skid/non-slip surfaces a SURFEX® CarbonX system is recommended. Trafficable epoxy systems that have been textured using oxide or aggregates provide additional traction.
This heavy-duty Epoxy System offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. It also provides additional protection against a range of diluted acids, solvents, alkali spills and mechanical abrasion from forklifts, trucks and trailers.
